Support, Structure, & Guidance for Your MindfulMEDS Journey

Welcome. You’re in the Right Place 🙂

This page is designed to help you understand how to use your MindfulMEDS products with intention, safety, and clarity. Whether you’re new to microdosing or refining an existing practice, these resources are here to support informed, mindful use.

Here, you’ll find:

•Guidance on microdose options and functional supplements
•Common microdosing protocols used in research and practice
•Tips for stacking, cycling, and listening to your body
•Educational materials and studies for deeper learning

There is no single “right” way to microdose. The most effective approach is one that feels supportive, sustainable, and aligned with your nervous system. Start low, go slow, and allow curiosity — not pressure — to guide your experience.

Microdosing Protocols

Microdosing protocols provide structure, helping you establish rhythm, observe patterns, and reduce the risk of tolerance. Below are two of the most widely referenced approaches in modern microdosing research and practice.

These are guidelines, not rules. Many people adapt them over time based on sensitivity, lifestyle, and personal goals.

The Stamets Protocol

5 Days On / 2 Days Off

Developed by mycologist Paul Stamets, this protocol emphasizes consistency and neuroplastic support.

This approach is often paired with functional mushrooms and supportive nutrients, and is commonly used by those seeking cognitive support, creativity, and long-term brain health.

Best suited for:

•Structured routines
•Those who prefer consistency
•People exploring longer-term neuro-support

The Fadiman Protocol

1 Day On / 2 Days Off

Created by psychologist Dr. James Fadiman, this protocol focuses on awareness and integration.

This spacing allows users to observe subtle effects on both dose days and non-dose days, making it popular for beginners and highly sensitive individuals.

Best suited for:
•First-time microdosers
•Nervous-system-sensitive users
•Those who prefer a lighter, observational approach

Choosing Your Microdose

Below is a list of all of our current microdose products. Browse the options and expand the ones that resonate. Each includes suggested use, key benefits, and supporting ingredients.

Our non-microdose, or functional products are listed under this section.

A gentle entry point. Designed for those new to microdosing or sensitive to subtle shifts.

Supports: Calm, clarity, ease, emotional balance

Ideal for those who are:

• Transitioning out of survival mode
• Looking to reconnect with their intuition, body, or emotional truth
• Ready to process old patterns without numbing or overwhelm

Also Includes:

Lion’s Mane (500 mg) Supports nerve regeneration, clarity, and long-term brain health.

Milky Oats (250 mg) Supports recovery from burnout, overthinking, or trauma. Deeply restorative to frazzled, depleted nervous systems.

Blue Lotus Flower (25mg) For nervous system nourishment. Adds a calming, heart-opening effect. Gently rounds out psilocybin’s edge

Choosing Your Functionals

Our functional supplements are designed to support the body and nervous system alongside microdosing, or on their own. They can be taken on both microdose days and off days, and may be used continuously for several weeks
at a time.

Think of functionals as the grounding layer — helping to regulate stress, support focus, energy, immunity, digestion, and emotional balance so your microdosing practice feels more stable and integrated.

Details on pairing one to two with a microdose to support a specific intention are outlined in the stacking section below.

Happy Days was designed to send you out into the world with a smile you can’t seem to wipe off your face.

This blend helps reduce stress and anxiety while boosting memory, focus, and healing potential. It has anti-inflammatory effects that can relieve joint pain, lower blood pressure, and support cognitive function.

Happy Days is ideal for helping those with higher levels of stress and for those looking for a sense of relaxation throughout a busy day.

Includes:

Ashwagandha (300 mg) A grounded adaptogen that melts stress and anchors emotional resilience.

Cordyceps (250 mg) Naturally boosts energy and endurance from within—without the crash.

Lion’s Mane (250 mg) Supercharges cognitive strength, memory, and flow so your brain can keep up with your day.

Holy Basil (200 mg) Calms cortisol, supports mental clarity, and uplifts your inner quiet.

Black Pepper (50 mg) Enhances absorption and adds warming, antioxidant support.

Pairing Them Together

(STACKING)

Stacking is the practice of pairing a microdose with one or more functional supplements to support a specific goal — such as focus, nervous system regulation, energy, or emotional balance.

While microdosing works subtly on perception and awareness, functional supplements help support the physical systems that allow those shifts to land more smoothly in daily life.

You don’t need a complex stack to see benefits. In most cases, less is more.

Step One

CHOOSE A MICRODOSE

Select one microdose that aligns with your intention.
Start low, especially if you’re new or sensitive.

Step Two

ADD FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT

Choose one or two functional supplements that complement
your goal.

Examples

Focus & productivity → Lion’s Mane + Cordyceps
Stress & emotional balance → Happy Days or Brainbow
Energy & endurance → Cordyceps
Immune and gut support → Immunity + Turkey Tail

A Stack to Get You Started

If you’re feeling unsure where to begin, or want a gentle, guided entry point, the Soft Start Bundle was created for exactly that.

This curated stack is designed for beginners, sensitive nervous systems, or anyone returning to microdosing after a pause. Each product works together to support calm, clarity, and regulation without overwhelm.

Rather than choosing individual products or protocols, Soft Start offers a balanced foundation you can build from slowly and intentionally.

Need More Support?
